There’s no single “best” system for every flat roof. The right answer depends on the size and shape of the roof, the deck underneath, how exposed the property is, and your budget. We install all three and recommend whichever fits the job, never whichever earns us the most.
Once we’ve surveyed your roof, you get a fixed written quote before any work starts. We strip the old covering, check and re-board the deck where needed, then fit the right system for your roof, GRP fibreglass, EPDM rubber or torch-on felt, with correct falls built in so water always finds the outlet.
