What does a flat roof repair cost?
Every repair is priced on what we actually find, but a few things drive the cost: the size of the damaged area, the roof material, how easy the roof is to reach safely, and whether it is a single leak or more widespread wear. A small localised repair is a very different job from re-covering a tired section.

Repair or replace?

If the covering is generally sound and the problem is a specific leak, seam or area of damage, a targeted repair is usually the most cost-effective fix. If the roof is at the end of its life, holding water across large areas, or failing in several places at once, repeated patching becomes false economy and a full re-cover works out cheaper over time.
